Swiss Venture Club Award
Fischer Connectors is among the six finalists of the 2006 edition of the Swiss Venture Club Award. Every year, this honour recognizes a company whose inventiveness leverages its achievements and guarantees its lasting success.
The jury – independent experts representing the economic base of the French part of Switzerland – has been impressed by the dynamic management of the company. All the processes, from assembly to marketing along with just-in-time production, were revised to improve quality throughout the whole value chain. Being the actors of those changes, the employees are all actively involved in the innovations introduced. With an income of about 50 millions Swiss francs that, on average, has been increasing by 8.3% for the last ten years, Fischer Connectors wants to take advantage of its healthy financial situation to prepare its future and grow.
