New facilities for our headquarters and production site

In response to increasing market needs, Fischer Connectors SA has just moved its headquarters and primary production center to new facilities along the lake of Geneva in Saint-Prex, Switzerland, just 10 km away from their former location in Apples.
Built on a land of 15,500sqm, the new and large three-levelled building has been designed to optimize production and logistic flows. To further improve our products and services, it has been equipped with the latest production and communication technologies.
The relocation of the 260 employees has been completed on November 17th 2008. The whole organization is now fully functional and pleased to serve its customers from the new Saint-Prex site.

Always at the forefront of quality

Quality is always at the forefront of Fischer Connectors' goals. All measures were taken so that the move of the headquarters and production site would not impact product quality.

  • Same skills and level of experience as all Fischer Connectors' employees who previously worked in Apples were relocated in the new site of Saint-Prex.

  • Obsolete equipments were replaced. The staff was trained on the new material and work procedures were adapted.

  • The manufacturing equipments that were moved have been re-calibrated and tested before production resumption.

  • The new factory is equipped with a high performance controlled temperature system, ensuring production performances stability.

  • A new dynamic storage system was installed to optimize warehouse management.

  • The items moved from the Apples stock were fully inspected before their warehouse inward process in Saint-Prex.

New equipments, combined with facilities optimizing production and logistic flows, will without any doubt keep improving the level of quality of our products and services.
