Key responsibilities and activities
Assists with transformational digital Marketing projects, including the setup of a digital asset management system, the rollout of a web-based product selector, and the development of an e-learning platform
Supports campaign creation for global and regional Marketing campaigns with appropriate creative, asset and web development
Designs and maintains online and print assets, in various languages, such as sales tools, digital ads, videos, etc.
Researches new trends and technologies to keep innovating from a brand and Marketing standpoint
Coordinates with printers and other vendors on artwork requirements, deadlines and file formats
Creates briefing and contracts additional production assistance and talent when necessary and within budget
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or Graphics Design
French or English native speaker. Excellent English or French written and oral. Any additional language is a plus
5+ years of work experience in a web agency or Marketing department. A previous experience having worked for a global B2B player is a strong asset.
Experience with Drupal, HTML and CSS
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
Familiarity with 3D and video editing suites
Knowledge of emailing tools, CRM and Sharepoint are an asset
Proven track-record with the development of mobile-app, chat bots, or other digital customer- facing interface is considered a real plus
