Market Research Manager – Group

Saint-Prex, Switzerland

We are looking for a Manager who will be providing data-driven, actionable insights and a holistic understanding of the business that impacts short- and long-term strategic decision-making grounded in a clear understanding of customers, markets and trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Run strategic analyses to identify business opportunities and challenges
  • Analyze market trends
  • Communicate results and getting buy-in from stakeholders using a variety of methods
  • Lead the development of ad-hoc reporting and set up the needed systems and tools
  • Provide a holistic view of buyers’ behaviours and market mapping to support business and product development initiative, as well as Marketing programs
  • Support sales teams on in-market activations strategy

Technical skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably) in Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of intelligence or insights experience in a research team
  • Having worked on at least a few Big Data analytics projects with a solid understanding of structured and unstructured data coming from market research
  • Proficiency with statistical / analytical / reporting tools
  • Experience with new technologies is a strong asset
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French a must
