Leading Contract Manufacturer (CM) operations team in planning and executing pre-series builds and new product ramps
Leading domestic and international plants cross-functional team in planning and executing pre-series builds and new product ramps
Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, marketing, sales and CM teams.
Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget
Handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost
Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams
Provide dashboards, reporting, status, risks assessment associated with pre-series builds and new product ramps
Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality
Leading all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams
Min 8 years of experience
Experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development
Demonstrated cross-functional and multisite leadership experience
Strong background in project management
Results oriented and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Ability to travel up to 20%
Operational / supply chain expertise and prior CM management experience
