Key responsibilities and activities
- Implement, control and optimize the processes to manufacture connectors and cables assemblies in any of the Fischer Connectors plants around the world
- Bring expertise to identify the critical processes to transfer to the selected production sites
- Define the production data to correctly setup the ERP
- Prepare the technical transfer documentation
- Train the production teams at our plants, support them during ramp-up and fine tune the process parameters
- Define KPI to measure the production quality and implement continuous improvement actions
- Act as a technical process’s expert during audits of production sites
- Propose innovative solutions to create scalable production means
Hard skills
- Master’s degree in microtechnology, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Background or proven experience in qualification of manufacturing processes and validation of new equipment
- Knowledge in one or several of the following is welcome: over-molding, plastic injection, design and setup of molds, soldering techniques, crimping, press-fitting, epoxy dispensing
- Knowledge of medical quality standard with ISO-13485
- Knowledge in automation of manufacturing processes is a plus
- Able to work in French and English (C1/C2 level)

- Good communication skills to create training & transfer documentation
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills during initial manufacturing and ramp-up phases
- Open to different cultures in Europe, Middle East, Asia
- Ready to travel
