We are looking for our Finance department in Saint-Prex an experienced

Cost Analyst

 

Your mission will be to drive impactful cost improvements, develop insights and provide information to understand our cost landscape, provide foresight and coordinate planning, strengthen cost control and process.

Key responsibilities and activities

  • Manage overheads, analyze and maintain allocation rates
  • Value stocks and work in progress, set up dashboards to monitor deviation
  • Define and monitor standard costs, calculation and analysis of gaps
  • Proposal strength on the different money-saving strategies
  • Develop and analyze investment opportunities
  • Participate in the planning cycles & aid in better decision making with detailed data driven analysis.
  • Participate in the budget and forecast process, OPEX and CAPEX parts
  • Ensure compliance with the application of accounting & costing standards
  • Implement process improvement and lead or participate in various projects

Hard skills

  • Bachelor degree in finance, HEG, Specialist in Finance and accounting with federal certificate or equivalent
  • Cost analysis experience of 5 - 10 years, in technological, industrial or FMCG environment
  • Excellent understanding of the supply chain
  • Essential knowledge of a major ERP
  • Expert Excel user, familiar with BI tools
  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level required), oral German is a plus
