  • Project management new assembly requirements
  • Implement and review best practices and decisions,
  • Ensure all material requirements are released & in SAP to support projects,
  • Complete SAP Part creation, validate part settings for each section, checking safety stock levels, and validating average lead-time.
  • Create new purchase orders, schedule per requirements, and revise purchase orders.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Work well under pressure situations and is a logical / analytical thinker
  • Able to manage multiple projects/suppliers.
  • Brings solutions and options to business challenges (not just problem statements).
  • Ability to develop and execute a negotiation/deal & strategy.
  • Sourcing qualified suppliers.
  • Assist with Production Scheduling and Material Planning as required on cross functional team.
  • Communicate with other departments to address urgent customer requirements.
  • Limited travel, as may be required.
  • Lead in locating, evaluating, and auditing new suppliers as required.
  • Assists with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are safe, cost effective and compliant with quality requirements.
